Resource Recycling Company Inspects Zobo B50 Burner

I. Biomass Pellet Burners Background and Basic Information of the Visit
(I) Biomass Pellet Burners Background of the Visit
The resource recycling and processing company focuses on the field of resource recycling, with its core business covering waste resource recycling, processing, and independent R&D and production of pellet fuel. Its pellet fuel products are widely used in industrial heating, agricultural greenhouses, and other scenarios. To further optimize the performance of pellet fuel products and verify the stability and efficiency of adaptive processing equipment, the company plans to introduce professional pellet processing equipment. After preliminary market research and initial communication, it has shown great concern for the technical advantages and adaptability of our Series B biomass pellet burner products. Therefore, it specially assigned its Production Manager to conduct an on-site inspection in our factory to provide a basis for subsequent cooperation decisions.
(II) Zobo Factory Core Information of the Visit
Visitor: Production Manager of a Resource Recycling and Processing Company
Core Purpose of the Visit: To conduct on-site evaluation of the technical performance, operational convenience of Series B products, and their adaptability to the company’s pellet fuel. Focus on inspecting the Model B50, and plan to purchase 1 unit for pellet fuel testing, laying a foundation for subsequent bulk purchases and long-term cooperation.
II. Biomass Pellet Burners Full Process and Core Content of the Visit Reception
To ensure the orderly and efficient progress of the reception work, we have completed a number of preparatory tasks in advance:
Sort out the technical data of Series B products, including circuit board design drawings, actual machine operation parameter reports, and special introduction manuals for Model B50, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
Conduct comprehensive inspection and debugging of the displayed Series B actual machines, with a focus on checking the operation status, sensitivity of the operation panel, and safety protection devices of Model B50, to ensure the equipment is in the best display condition.
Plan the reception route, covering the product exhibition area, production workshop (circuit board production link), actual machine operation area, and negotiation meeting room, and arrange special personnel for guidance to ensure a smooth process.
(II) Biomass Pellet Burners Live Demonstration of Series B Products
In the actual machine operation area, our operators conducted a full-process live demonstration of Series B products (including Model B50), with the demonstration content centered on the customer’s core needs:
Operation Process: Fully demonstrate the entire process of pellet fuel from feeding, conveying to combustion output.
Core Functions: Demonstrate the intelligent temperature control system and fault self-diagnosis function of Model B50. (When the equipment encounters problems such as feeding blockage or abnormal temperature, it will automatically shut down and display the fault code on the operation panel, facilitating quick troubleshooting.)
Customer Concerns: The customer mainly focused on the matching degree between our Series B pellet burners and the biomass pellets they produce, and conducted discussions around the calorific value of biomass pellets and the heat output of the machines.
(III) Communication on Purchase Intention and Confirmation of Technical Details
A special communication meeting was held in the meeting room. The customer clearly expressed their purchase intention, planning to buy 1 unit of Model B50 for pellet fuel testing. Both parties conducted in-depth exchanges on technical specifications, operation details, and service guarantees:
Refinement of Operation Methods: In response to the operation questions raised by the customer, our technical engineers gave step-by-step explanations based on the operation manual:
Startup Process: First, check whether the equipment power connection is normal, turn on the main switch, and press and hold the control knob to wait for the machine to ignite and start automatically.
Shutdown Process: First stop feeding, and after the remaining pellets in the equipment are processed, turn off the heating system. The fan will continue to run for 5 minutes before the machine stops working.
Abnormal Handling: In case of feeding blockage, first shut down the machine, open the feed inlet to clear the blocked pellets, and check whether the feeding speed setting is reasonable. For abnormal temperature, check whether the temperature control sensor is normal and whether the heating tube is damaged, and replace the spare parts in a timely manner.
(IV) Practical Learning of Model B50
In the actual machine operation area, our technical engineers provided one-on-one practical guidance to the customer to ensure that the customer mastered the equipment operation proficiently:
Basic Operation Training: Under the guidance of the technical engineer, the customer personally completed the startup, parameter setting, normal operation, and shutdown of Model B50, and practiced repeatedly for 3 times. The customer has mastered the functions of each key on the operation panel (such as “Start/Stop”, “Parameter Setting”, “Fault Reset”, “Data Query”, etc.) and the meanings of the indicator lights (green: normal operation; yellow: preheating; red: fault alarm).
Function Use Practice: The customer conducted special practical operations for the core functions of the equipment:
Feeding Adjustment: Adjust the frequency of the variable-frequency motor to change the feeding speed, observe the pellet processing effect, and master the optimal feeding speed corresponding to pellets of different particle sizes.
III. Follow-up Plan
Data Collation and Sending: Within 3 working days, collate the complete technical specification sheet of Model B50 (including detailed parameters and design drawings), operation manual (including graphic operation steps and fault troubleshooting guide), service guarantee plan, and live demonstration video, and send them to the customer’s designated email to answer any possible questions of the customer.
Follow-up on Purchase Intention: The purchase order has been confirmed 20 days after the customer’s factory visit.
Equipment Preparation and Delivery: After the customer confirms the purchase, immediately start the production and inspection process of Model B50, ensure that the equipment is produced, inspected, and packaged within 15 working days, arrange a special vehicle for door-to-door delivery, confirm the delivery time and location with the customer in advance, and coordinate on-site unloading and installation matters.
Testing Support and Cooperation Deepening: After the equipment is delivered, proactively follow up on the progress of the customer’s pellet fuel testing and provide technical support (such as remote assistance in parameter adjustment and analysis of test data). Based on the test results, provide optimization suggestions to the customer. If the test results meet expectations, further communicate on the bulk purchase plan and long-term cooperation plan (such as establishing a strategic cooperative relationship and providing customized equipment R&D services).
